The firm warned their contractors that to adapt to the interchangeable factors that come with entrepreneurship, they must be willing to reevaluate their plan and start from scratch or even be willing to change course altogether. Establish a system in the early stages – Being open to scrapping a plan altogether is one thing, but starting a venture with no plan at all can also be detrimental, states Blue Moose. This is why they think it is imperative for budding entrepreneurs to develop a comprehensive plan that covers contingencies and considers potential growth avenues.
